AAA Awareness Challenge launches!

OK folks, the AAA Awareness Challenge has launched!! Join here!

The basics:

  1. There are a few objectives for the AAA Awareness Challenge.
    a. Raise awareness of the AAA and A1AD.
    b. Give and encourage anybody, anywhere in the world ?, a good excuse to be a bit more active than they might otherwise be, no matter how small or big that activity is.
    c. Have some fun while doing so. ?
    d. Optionally raise some funds towards future projects, no matter the size of the contribution. ? There’ll be incentives to encourage this. ?
  1. We’ll be doing more challenges after this one, but the target for this inaugural challenge is to collectively write a 1,500km a virtual A1 in the middle of Australia ?by the stroke of midnight New Year’s Eve.? You can see the progress on the virtual map.
  1. You don’t have to use Strava to record your activity, but Strava makes it more fun, and of course more automated. Otherwise you can record activity details manually.
  1. Your activity can be literally anything distance-based. Running. ??‍♂️ Cycling. ?‍♀️ Walking.??‍♂️ Swimming. ?‍♀ Jogging. ??‍♀️ Hiking. Skating. ⛸Static cycling. Treadmill. Sailing. ⛵️Dog Walking.? Anything else that you like to do. ?
